Quotation requests
You enter business contact details and workflow requirements, then review the request in your browser. When you select Send quotation request and the approved mail service is available, the reviewed details are transferred to that service to send your request to GATAI. The form confirms the service result or explains when sending is unavailable. Opening the email-draft fallback does not send it automatically. Your consent covers a response to this request; it is not a marketing subscription.
Delivery records and abuse prevention
Minimal delivery receipts are retained without a scheduled deletion date to prevent duplicate requests. They record a request identifier, a keyed fingerprint, processing and delivery references, and timestamps. These receipt records do not retain your contact details or the brief and email body. Salted, pseudonymous abuse counters expire after seven days; expired counters are removed when the next valid request is submitted. The email sent to [email protected] follows the GATAI mailbox retention policy.
Agent-assisted quotation requests
Authenticated agent inquiries store the supplied business contact details and requirements privately to prepare an enterprise quotation. The agent client that created a request can read or withdraw its own request; withdrawing it does not automatically delete the stored record. These inquiry records have no scheduled automatic deletion date. Agent credentials authorize a client to use specified tools and do not verify a human’s identity or an organization’s customer status.
Browser tools can prepare a local draft for your review without sending it. Optional draft requirements remain in the current browser tab for up to five minutes and are removed when the quotation form reads them. Contact details and consent are not filled in automatically. The normal contact form sends only after you review the request, consent to contact and select Send quotation request.
Demos and completed playbooks
The research examples use public-source observations and statements. Interactive demos use the connected calculation service when available; otherwise they identify the saved result being displayed. Completed playbooks retain their original dates. The selected analysis and date can be sent to the calculation service. No private customer or workspace information is included.
Website services
The site does not include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics package. Its hosting provider may process routine request information needed to serve the website. Typography is served from this website, using locally hosted open font files. No font requests are sent to Google.
Research workspace
The AurelQuant application is separate from this website. Data connections, local models, account access and research work products belong to the application and its configured environment.

Only include information you are comfortable sharing for a business conversation. Share confidential documents and detailed financial records through an agreed channel.
