Who provides the application
AurelQuant is provided by GATAI Inc. Contact [email protected] about access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. This notice covers the application; our website privacy notice separately covers quotation requests and public demonstrations.
Accounts, research and billing
We process account identifiers, profile and workspace preferences, access roles, subscription status and usage records to provide and secure the service. Research inputs can include the holdings, investment assumptions, notes, documents and financial records you choose to enter. Saved analyses, sources and work products are used to provide your requested research workflows. Some browser workspace records are stored on your device; server-side research and account records are stored in the configured application environment.
Stripe processes card and payment-method information in its hosted checkout and customer portal. AurelQuant stores billing references, subscription state and usage records, not raw card numbers. Market-data requests send the selected instrument or analytical request to the configured data provider; they do not require your entire holdings portfolio.
Google sign-in is separate from Google Workspace access
Continue with Google requests your basic identity: your Google account identifier, email address, verification status and profile information. This is used to authenticate or link your AurelQuant account. Signing in does not grant access to your Gmail messages or calendar.
Optional Calendar and Gmail connections
When you separately connect Google Workspace, the consent screen identifies the permissions requested for that feature. Meeting preparation reads calendar event details, such as titles, times, descriptions and participants, to prepare the meetings you select. Client follow-up can read relevant Gmail messages and threads, including their sender, recipients, subject and message content, to prepare sourced follow-up drafts. The Gmail compose permission supports draft creation and sending through Google.
Sending is controlled separately in the application. Connecting Google does not by itself enable automatic sending. Draft review, recipient checks, workspace permissions and any explicitly enabled automation settings govern outgoing messages. You can keep sending disabled and use preparation and draft review only.
Processing, storage and sharing
OAuth access and refresh credentials are encrypted in the application database. Connection metadata, cached messages, selected event information, preparation records, drafts and audit records may be stored to run the connected features. Google information is used for the user-facing meeting and follow-up workflows you enable. Where a local model is selected for drafting, the relevant content is processed by that configured model runtime. Saved work products are available according to your workspace permissions; exported or sent content is shared only through the actions and automation settings you authorize.
Application hosting and payment providers process information needed to deliver their services. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. AurelQuant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Human access to Google data is limited to your explicit authorization, security or abuse investigation, legal obligations, or other uses permitted by that policy.
Retention, disconnection and deletion
Account, saved research and billing records remain available until removed through the relevant application controls or a deletion request is completed, subject to records needed for security, billing or legal obligations. There is no general automatic expiry for saved work products. Browser-stored records can also be removed from your device.
Disconnecting Google in the application removes stored connection credentials, inbox and preparation caches, and stops its connected automation for that user and workspace. It does not delete messages or drafts already stored in Gmail, nor previously saved or exported research work products and audit records. You can also revoke access in your Google account connections. Contact [email protected] to request deletion of remaining application records; do not email passwords or confidential financial documents with the request.
Your choices
Google connections are optional. Review permissions before connecting, control sending independently, disconnect when no longer needed, and choose which research inputs to provide. Material changes to Google data use will be disclosed before those changes are applied and new consent will be requested when required.
